Hi

Hi,
I haven't been on in while, I have been really busy.
Ayala's horse has tetanus. But she is slowly getting better. She is getting spoiled, she has a new stable. And she is being fed soaked lupins. What more could a horse want?
It hasn't been frosting the last few days, because it has been cloudy. The clouds haven't bought any rain though. A pity. But since there hasn't been any frosts recently, the grass has been growing like crazy.
Well, I'd better go,
Bye,
Sarah

Frosty!!!

Hi,
It is so cold here, and the bad news is, it'll get colder! Today, Kath and I went for a walk and we walked through the frost, (this was about 2:00 PM) it was yesterday's frost and then today's frost on top. And the ground was frozen, Kath slipped over on it. It was nearly as bad as a Koetong frost! Brrr!!!
We haven't done any more on the float yet.
Bye

Horse float

Hi
My Dad bought us an old, old horse float (it's last rego sticker was from 1995, and it was old then) which needs refurbishing. Yeterday was spent pulling it apart. Today we are doing the same thing.
Have to get to work, bye,
Sarah

Hi again.

Hi,
Well, we have had our first frost. I wasn't awake to see it, but it was here.
Not a lot is happening, although we had some visitors. An old acquaintance of Dad's.
Yesterday we finished driving the wooden posts in, so we just have to put star pickets (steel posts) in and run wires, so we will have about 6 new paddocks and lane way. Lane ways are very handy, you just herd the cows through the lane way and you aren't chasing them around the paddock. Much simpler.
Ayala is about to kick me off the computer. So, bye,
Sarah

Saturday Morning

Hi,
It's Saturday morning, we slept in. Oh, so nice!
Bonita brought Kayla around for her riding lesson, Kayla is getting really good. Her confidence is so much better.
Mum has been fiddling on the computer and she has found out how to shuffle CD's. We have some good CD's. Kim Hopper is my favourite. And a Sons of Korah song, Love Never Fails. We got a lot of CD's for Ayala's birthday. The Isaac's new CD, Big Sky, wasn't as good as we thought it would would be.
I'll try up load some of the songs.
Bye,
Sarah

Hi everyone,
Dad looked at the weather this morning and he said that at Cabramurra it was 0 degrees and with the wind, it felt like -8 degrees. That's cold.
I have been helping Dad knock in big wooden fence posts. We have a machine that goes on the back of the tractor with a big weight which bangs the posts in, but you still have to lift the posts 'til they are standing in the right position; they get heavy.
You have to make sure they are straight as well, so you have to carry a spirit level around everywhere. It gets quite noisy so you have to wear ear-muffs as well.
Well, gotta go,
Sarah
Hi,
Well,
we didn't get any frost or fog this morning, but it is still freezing. And it will get colder, so cold that the water pipes will freeze. It is getting warmer now.
Well, I have to go,
Sarah

Hi,
It is really cold here, the fog was here at 3:00 this morning, and it mightn't lift until lunchtime, if at all. There hasn't been a frost this year, though, and we are very thankful. I think we are the only people who haven't had a frost yet this year. We were having frosts in April last year.
Sitting here at the computer makes my fingers really cold! So before I freeze, I had better go.
Bye,
Sarah

Hi

6/6/2007
Hi Everyone,
We are busy planning what we are doing for Kathy's birthday. She wants to go to the movies to see "Copying Beethoven", but she also wants to go to the snow. She says it's a hard decision.
We are going to Tasmania for a week in October. We are all very excited. Kath and I are doing research on what there is to see and do in Tasmania. We are still trying to figure out where we want to go. It is a really hard decision! If you have any ideas please email me.
Bye,
Sarah
